Excellent. Used for both minor (new outlets) and major ( new service line). Responsive, efficient and fair priced. You will be hard pressed to find a better company for your residential needs.

I called over 2 months ago to have someone come out. I left a couple of messages never heard back. If the job is to small that is fine, but to just blow me off and not at least have the decency to respond back is totally unprofessional. Very poor customer service.

Paul was friendly and quick to come out, look at what we needed done and got back to me within 24 hrs with a quote. His crew was also friendly and very professional. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. They had a fast turnaround time and I was very pleased with the work done. we had panel upgrade and interlock switch installed for a generator along with a whole house surge protector. I would not hesitate to recommend Dugas Electric and would certainly contact them for future electric needs. It is so hard these days to get contractors to return calls and have any level of customer service and I found Dugas Electric to be top notch.

Dugas Electric was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service. I hired Dugas Electric for a home renovation project. They upgraded my main panel, installed new circuits, re-routed old circuits, installed outlets & switches, upgraded my fire/CO alarms to code, installed overhead lighting, and more! They were extremely easy to work with, very dependable, expert service, and good price. I will hire Dugas Electric for all my electrical needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Dugas Electric. They installed new panel along with pool wiring. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and on-time for every appointment. Their pricing was reasonable, and I appreciated how transparent they were throughout the process. What really stood out was their great communication—they kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend them for any electrical work!

After many years we finally updated our electrical service from an old fuse box to an electrical panel. Mr Dugas himself came out to give us a quick and thorough explanation and wrote us up a quote. All communication was clear and prompt. His staff of electricians came out. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, answered any questions I had and explained thoroughly their work timeline including when we would have our service turned off and when it could be expected to be up and running again. This was a big job, everything had to be changed out. They completed the job in one day. They kept their work area clean, removed all debris and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. They left their work area exceptionally clean & took the construction debris with them when they left. These were 3 guys who definitely knew their craft and love what they do. It’s not always convenient to have work done in your home, especially having the electricity turned off and construction going on throughout the day but I truly enjoyed having them here. They whistled & laughed while they worked and all got along great. Despite my best efforts to keep her contained, they didn’t even mind our puppy bringing them toys to try to play with them while they worked. This company hires true professionals from the ground up. I can’t recommend them enough. They are all professional, friendly, the pricing is fair & everyone is very easy to work with & communicate with.
